Deprecated Nodes

Deprecated nodes are old nodes that have been replaced with newer variants.  They can be identified by the "(deprecated)" appearing after their names.  There is no way to directly create a deprecated node, however, you may come across one of these old nodes when opening a texture file that was saved with an older version of Genetica.  Deprecated nodes are created in situations where they are needed to maintain backwards compatibility.
