Packed Square Animation Export (Studio)

With packed squares the frames of the animation are packed into a single square image. This animation export type is only available from the Export Animation dialog.

Packed squares are used by certain game engines for animated textures.

Option	Description
Minimize Size	Normally Genetica will strive to create the smallest possible image for packed squares. If you need packed squares to be no smaller than a certain size, then set this option to that minimum width.
Force X^2 Size	Game engines ordinarily require textures to have power-of-two dimensions (2, 4, 8, 16, etc). Activate this option to observe this constraint.
