Overview
Creates patterns similar to the rings found in wood. Especially realistic results can be achieved when the Size property is set with disproportionate values (in other words, when one of the dimensions is large, while the other is small).

Property

Description
Size
Sets the width and height of an imaginary camera observing the texture. Increasing these values is like moving the camera farther away from the texture. Care should be taken not to set Size larger than necessary, as doing so will exponentially increase calculation times.
Location
Sets the X and Y coordinates of an imaginary camera observing the texture. Changing these values is equivalent to translating the texture.
Ring Density
Influences how many rings will appear around each anomaly. Negative values will reverse the direction of the ring shading.
Anomalies
Sets the number of anomalies per unit of area. An anomaly can be thought of as a point from which wood rings emanate.
Seed
Changing Seed creates new random patterns.
Blend Width
Controls the smoothness of transitions where the rings of one anomaly meet the rings of another.
